Who we are

Solusyen is written and published by Tim Redaksi Solusyen, the Solusyen editorial team. The site publishes how-to guides to diagnose and fix problems, in Indonesian and English, in two areas: automotive (car problems and OBD-II diagnostic trouble codes, DTC) and home (household appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, gas stoves, water pumps and home electrics). Questions and corrections can be sent to solusyen@gmail.com.

How the articles are written

An article draft may be prepared with the help of AI; its facts are then checked against the cited sources and a person reviews it before it is published. Sources include manufacturers' manuals and official support pages, government safety documents and trouble-code references; every article lists its sources.
